I truly believe that customer service is a dying art. In April of 2024, I set out to flip the script on a boating industry that was putting loyalty in the rearview. My goal was to use the knowledge and contacts built over a successful career to control as many variables possible, all aimed at a refreshing sales process for the customer. At Orange Beach Boat & Yacht Sales, I am proud to spearhead a sustainable operation where the center focus is (and always will be) the customer.
